Use the quote for each order
Create a shipment request with its actual origin, destination and package details. The app returns the available option and price for that request; do not reuse an old quote as a guaranteed price for another parcel.
Choose a handover that fits the order
Select home pickup or station drop-off for the sender and address delivery or station collection for the recipient when those options are available.
Share shipment updates responsibly
Send the correct tracking code directly to the recipient and keep a separate record of each customer's shipment details.
